Grammye u četiri glavne kategorije, javlja Rolling Stone magazin.

Čarobna večer za Eilishovu je počela prije TV prijenosa, kada je mlada glazbenica osvojila nagradu u kategoriji "Najbolji pop vokalni album" za svoj debi When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. No, kako to ne bi bilo sve, Eilishin brat, producent Finneas, osvojio je dvije nagrade u kategorijama: "Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical" (zajedno s Robom Kinelskiem) i "Producer of the Year, Non-Classical".

Elvis Costello & The Imposters (Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album),
The Chemical Brothers (Best Dance Recording i Best Dance/Electronic Album),
Gary Clark Jr. (Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song, Best Contemporary Blues Album)
Tyler, The Creator (Best Rap Album),
Tool (Best Metal Performance),
Cage The Elephant (Best Rock Album) i
Vampire Weekend (Best Alternative Music Album).

Najbolja kompilacija/soundtrack je ona iz filma A Star Is Born, koji je (film) odnio Grammya za najbolju pjesmu za vizualne medije ("I'll Never Fall In Love Again"). Najbolje pakiranje ima album "Cornell" Chrisa Cornella, najbolji box-set je onaj izdanja "Woodstock: Back to the Garden – The Definitive 50th Anniversary Archive", najbolji glazbeni video imaju Lil Nas X & Billy Ray Cyrus dok je najbolji glazbeni film "Homecoming".
